These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Yapper AI service, operated by ZuuDini Labs LLC ("we," "us," "our"), including any phone calls handled by our AI receptionist and any text (SMS) messages we send on behalf of a business you called.
By calling a business that uses Yapper AI and verbally agreeing to receive text messages, you accept these Terms.
Yapper AI is a 24/7 AI phone receptionist service that answers inbound calls for restaurants, medical spas, and other service businesses. After you call a business that uses Yapper AI, we may send SMS text messages to the phone number you called from for the following purposes:
You opt into the SMS program verbally during the inbound phone call. Yapper AI will ask: "Is it OK if I send you a confirmation/follow-up text at this number?" Your verbal "yes" is your consent. We do not send any SMS to a number that has not verbally opted in.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the business, but is typically 2–4 messages per booking or inquiry. We do not send promotional or marketing messages under this program.
Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. Yapper AI does not charge you to receive messages, but your carrier may.
After you reply STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will not receive further SMS messages from that business through Yapper AI.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver messages, but cannot guarantee delivery.
You agree not to use the Yapper AI service or its SMS replies to:
Yapper AI strives for 24/7 availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or modify the service at any time without notice for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZuuDini Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
