ZuuDini Labs LLC is a Delaware limited liability company based in New York, NY. Yapper AI is our AI-powered phone receptionist product, which restaurants, medical spas, and service businesses use to answer phone calls and send follow-up text messages on their behalf.

2. Information We Collect
When you call a business that uses Yapper AI, we may collect:
- Phone number — captured automatically when you call.
- Name — if you provide it during the call.
- Call audio and transcripts — recorded so the AI can process your request and confirm bookings.
- Reservation, appointment, or booking details — date, time, party size, service requested, and any other information you provide.
- SMS opt-in confirmation — recorded if you verbally agree to receive text confirmations or follow-ups during the call.
- SMS replies — content of messages you send back to us in response to confirmations or follow-ups.
We do not collect financial account numbers, payment card data, government IDs, biometric data, or location data through our SMS or call channels.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above only to:
- Complete the reservation, appointment, or booking you requested.
- Send you confirmation, reminder, or missed-call follow-up text messages.
- Respond to your SMS replies and process opt-out (STOP) and help (HELP) requests.
- Operate, maintain, and improve our AI receptionist service.
4. SMS / Text Messaging Specifics
- Opt-in: You consent to receive SMS messages verbally during the inbound phone call. Yapper AI will ask, "Is it OK if I send you a confirmation/follow-up text at this number?" before any SMS is dispatched. We do not send SMS without that verbal yes.
- Message frequency: Variable, but typically no more than 2-4 messages per booking (confirmation, reminder, post-visit follow-up).
- Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from a specific business. Reply HELP for assistance.
- No carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We share information only with:
- The business you called — so they can fulfill your reservation, appointment, or booking.
- Service providers that help us operate the platform (e.g., Twilio for SMS delivery, hosting providers, analytics) under written agreements requiring confidentiality and use limited to providing the service.
- Law enforcement or regulators if required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.
6. Data Retention
We retain call recordings, transcripts, and SMS records for the period necessary to operate the service and comply with legal obligations (typically up to 24 months), then delete or anonymize them.
7. Your Rights
You may at any time:
- Reply STOP to opt out of further SMS messages from a specific business.
- Email zuberi@zuudinilabs.org to request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal information.
- Withdraw consent for call recording (we will route you to a human or terminate the call if so).
8. Children's Privacy
Yapper AI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
9. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
